In March 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Iceland for a field academy experience that combined my love for film and photography with adventure. Over the course of the trip, I journeyed around the entire island, capturing Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes—from towering mountains and massive glaciers to roaring waterfalls, black-sand beaches, and unique wildlife. Inspired by the dramatic scenery, I created an 18-minute film about a criminal on a goose chase, blending cinematic storytelling with the country’s raw, natural beauty. The trip pushed my creativity to new levels and deepened my appreciation for visual storytelling in one of the most photogenic places on Earth.
